Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
