Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Virginia Beach area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
