Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Wren Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Virginia Beach, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
