Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
