Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Virginia Beach with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
