Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Maple Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tulsa area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
