Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Basin Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
