Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tucson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
