Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Fern Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Tucson with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
