Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Quarry Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tucson. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
