Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Toledo area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
