Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Toledo. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
