Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quarry Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
