Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tampa, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
