Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
