Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
