Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center Group is an arts centre in St. Louis with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
