Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight River Housing provides affordable homes and support services around St. Louis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
