Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around St. Louis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
