Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center is an arts centre in Spokane with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
