Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Summit Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
