Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
