Cedar Glen Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
