Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Seattle area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
