Nova Cross Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
