Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Savannah, GA)

Cedar North Property Management Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
