Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Meridian Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Savannah with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
