Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
