Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Jose, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
