Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Jose, CA)

Fernwood Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Jose. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
