Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Birch Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
