Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
