Ironwood Maple Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
