Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Diego. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 230 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
