Amberfield Juniper Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
