Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
