Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
