Nova Fox Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
