Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
