Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 912 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
