Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
