Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 869 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
