Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Sacramento. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
