Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Stone Hospitality is a hospitality company in Sacramento with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
