Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
