Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cross Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
