Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
