Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
