Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Field Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
