Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Umber Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
